My name is Liz Candiloro. I have been training and designing learning for over 20 years. I started my career in nursing which eventually evolved into training at a managed care company, where I noticed the need for a more engaging and innovative training curriculum. I was instrumental in developing and executing role based learning journeys that consisted of a combination of digital learning, including eLearnings, Manuals, Job Aids, PowerPoint presentations, and Instructor Led materials, wrapped in an engaging, robust, custom curriculum for each role. These learning journeys earned the company the 2020 Bronze "Learning in Practice" Business Partnership Award, from Chief Learning Officer magazine, a leading publication that highlights best practices in learning and development.
