Multi-Phased Learning

What is Multi-Phased Learning?

The Multi-Phased Learning approach splits learning into smaller portions so learners can build upon and apply the knowledge they have learned as they complete each course in their learning journey.

Why is it important?

Multi-Phased Learning enables learners to establish an understanding of a concept before moving on to the next phase in the process.

Where do we start?

We start by talking about what is needed, what the desired outcome of the curriculum should be, resources you have available, and the estimated date you would like to roll out your learning journey.

Gamification

Incorporating gamification can make learning fun and engaging.

We do this by enhancing your learning journey with badges and awards as learners complete milestones.

Customized Schedules

We will develop a schedule for your learning journey courses that works best for your curriculum. This is also a nice overview for both your trainers and your learners!
